At DM Mechanical, we are known for our high-quality pipe fabrication services and installation since 1987, as well as modification and maintenance of mechanical service piping systems that keep your facility working efficiently.
In addition to carrying out installation works as a complete site-based operation, we can carry out offsite fabrication works to service our site works and as standalone fabrication projects. We also specialise in CE marked steel fabrication, with all our work carried out to the highest industry standards and all relevant QA documentation completed.
Our workshop and warehousing facilities are based in strategic locations in Dublin Port and the Greater Dublin area, which allows us to respond to your needs quickly and efficiently. We have a highly skilled team of people working with us who use the latest technology, tools and advancements in 3D Scanning and piping and BIM for precision and efficiency at every stage of the project. We can also visit your site to advise and help in the development of efficient piping layouts.
The team at DM Mechanical can facilitate the following works:
- Fabrication and welding of piping up to and above 48” diameter
- Fabrication of skid units, incorporating plant / equipment / interconnecting pipework / thermal insulation (pressure tested prior to delivery)
- All NDT requirements can be arranged via approved sub-contractors prior to delivery, to meet contract requirements
- Deliveries are scheduled to meet contract requirements, utilizing local approved haulage companies.
We carry out fabrication works in accordance with detailed client drawings, with all fabrication isometrics produced by us. We also prepare the relevant QA documentation and maintain it for record purposes over the duration of the project. This service is also available for site-based fabrication works. All QA procedures and logs are continually reviewed and updated by our QA representative.
At DM Mechanical, we can also offer a competitive and professional plant installation and heavy machinery lifting service to complement mechanical services installations. All our operatives are trained and hold the relevant qualifications to carry out associated slinging, rigging and operation of MEWP and lifting equipment at your facility.
